  • Additional uses: Hibiscus flowers are used in various hair care products and traditional remedies.

Care instructions
  • Sunlight: This hibiscus variety needs at least 6 to 7 hours of bright, direct sunlight daily to produce abundant flowers.
  • Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged, especially during the growing season. Water when the top 2–3 inches of soil feel dry to the touch.
  • Soil: The ideal soil is well-draining, fertile, and slightly acidic. A recommended mix is Garden Soil (35%) + Cocopeat (30%) + Vermicompost (30%) + Neem Khali (5%).
  • Fertilizer: Apply an organic fertilizer once a month, particularly during the growing and blooming seasons. You can also use vermicompost every two weeks.
  • Pruning: Regular pruning is essential to maintain the plant's shape, encourage new growth, and remove dead or damaged parts.
