To provide you with the fastest delivery, we aim to process and ship all orders by the next day or within 2 days of your order placement, as notified at checkout.
This means you can typically expect to receive your products within 1–2 days of placing your order, subject to delivery conditions and geographic location.
2. Delivery Process
Once your order is ready for delivery, we hand it over to a delivery service provider, who then brings it directly to your delivery address. The delivery team makes sure your order is safely and accurately delivered to you at your doorstep.
3. Unavoidable Delays
Please note that in some cases, delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances — such as heavy rain, roadblocks, strikes, or logistical bottlenecks — which are outside our control. 4. Cancellations and Exchanges
We do not accept cancellations or exchanges due to delivery delays, except for products from our Gifting Category. If you have ordered from this particular category, please get in touch with us to discuss your options.

We currently deliver across (South Delhi, Delhi, Noida). If your delivery address falls outside our serviceable area, we will notify you promptly and cancel the order if delivery is not possible.
